And ideally you’ll be degree educated or have relevant agency experience.

A bit about the role

At Avvio, every day really is different. But here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Planning, managing and delivering projects from briefing through to delivery

  • Being the day-to-day contact for your clients, keeping them up to date and responding to any queries in a friendly, professional and timely manner

  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams

  • Working closely with your SAM or AD, as well as managing projects independently

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines and effectively prioritising your workload

  • Writing clear and concise briefs for your clients, in-house teams or external suppliers

  • Conducting project kick-offs, briefings and update meetings

  • Developing project proposal documents including project costings

  • Keeping track of project costs against budget, managing POs and invoicing

  • Developing and maintaining timing plans

Keeping internal admin up to date including timesheets, project files and budget management systems
